L'Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art PLI Thermo Modelling Spray 190ml Loreal Professional Tecni Art Pli Thermo Modelling Spray is used for wavy or souple blowdries and wave-set styles. Made with Alcohol Denat the Pli Thermo Modelling Spray is a heat activated spray that gives shape, and memory to the hair. Pli can also be used as a styling primer to add body and discipline to the look, while keeping a soft texture and natural feel. Spray Liberally all over towel dried hair.
