1. Shampoo: Wash your hair with TRESemmé Strength & Fall Control Shampoo.
2. Apply Conditioner: Dispense a generous amount of conditioner into your palms and rub them together.
3. Distribute Conditioner: Apply the conditioner to damp hair, focusing on the ends and mid-lengths.
4. Nourish Roots: Apply any remaining conditioner from the top to the roots and leave it on for 2-3 minutes.
5. Rinse: Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
